Z.I.S. is a medium-sized producer of cable protection systems consisting of extruded plastics.I introduce you what materials in our production for cable protection profiles and tubes are used:Rigid PVC regrind, colored / black from pipes, plates, (window) profiles or film/foil (no furniture coverings)Rigid PVC regrind, transparent / white / yellow / red from foil (no furniture foil)Rigid PVC regrind, transparent from tubes, plates, profiles, bottles or IC-rodsRigid PVC regrind from window profiles, white or gray (RAL7035)HDPE regrind colored / black from pipes, plates, cans or bottles (free of hazardous substances)HDPE regrind colored / black with EVOH (from the car tank manufacturing)HDPE regrind natural / white / yellow / red from pipes, plates, cans or bottles (free of hazardous substances)PP regrind colored / black from tubes/pipes, plates or bottlesIn general, we can only handle extrusion grades (PE/PP: MFI 1 at 190° and 5 kg).The grain size of the regrind should not exceed 8 mm and it must be demetallized and dusted.I would be delighted if you would contact me at this e-mail or send us a hand sample from availablematerials about 3-4 kg to test on our lab extruder.Would be nice to hear from you soon.Best regardsi.A.
