thermal/ steam coal supply

Good Evening,Currently I have 3 opportunities for coal import to China. The first is a non-negotiable request for Australian originated coal (I believe if guarantees can be provided I may be able to turn their thinking). however the other two are not concerned with origin rather total cost. I have listed the details of these three opportunities below for you consideration:Opportunity 1 specifications: Lower heat value: 5000 kcal Type: Thermal/steam (will be used for power generation) Inherent Moisture: 10% Ash Content: 25%~26% volatile matter: 12% Fixed Carbon: 40% Sulphur Content: 0.8% Hardgrove grindability index: 70% Quantity: initial 400000mt first order‚¬¦. 100000mt each month after that Stipulation: supply must have originated in Australia. Client would prefer CIF/CIQ pricing.Opportunity 2 specifications: Lower heat value: 6500 kcal Inherent Moisture: 10% Ash Content: TBA volatile matter: 7-10% Fixed Carbon: TBA Sulphur Content: 10% Hardgrove grindability index: 55-60% Quantity: initial 50000mt first order‚¬¦. 100000mt each month after that Preferred costing: US$ CIF. Stipulation: Client would prefer CIF/CIQ pricing.Opportunity 3 specifications: Lower heat value: 4500-6500 kcal Inherent Moisture: 8% Ash Content: 8% volatile matter: 25% Fixed Carbon: TBA Sulphur Content: 1% Hardgrove grindability index: TBA Quantity: approx. 200000mt - 500000mt per month (minimum 12mth contract) Preferred costing: US$ CIF.
