We are looking for the Coal:5300 kcal or more calories.The first quantity is 50,000tons. CIF Shanghai Port.Then 200,000tons per month. FOR THE CALORIFIC VALUE This Unit Price of the product is based on Contractual specification Net Calorific Value 5500Kcal/kg (NAR).If the Actual Net Calorific Value exceeds 5500Kcal/kg (NAR), the Unit Price shall be added by USD1.50/MT for every 100Kcal/kg difference on a pro rata basis as bonus price.If the actual net calorific value is lower than 5300Kcal/kg (NAR), nevertheless not less than 5100 kcal/kg, the unit price shall be deducted by USD1.50/MT for every 100Kcal/kg. If the actual net calorific value is lower than 5100Kcal/kg (NAR), the buyer has the first right to reject the cargoes.
