Buyer issues Letter of Intent(LOI).2. Seller sends Firm Corporate Offer(FCO).3. Buyer signs & returns FCO.4. Seller prepares Sales Purchase Agreement(SPA), both parties sign SPA5. Buyer and Seller exchange hard copies via courier. Emailed/faxedcopieswill be considered as hard copies until the originals have beenexchanged.6. Within 5 days after signing the contract, Buyer„s bank issues theStandby Letter of Credit(SBLC) with blocked funds certificate in favor of theSeller for the agreed upon purchase price. If required by seller, buyer will put up to 15% of the purchase price into escrow with a licensed attorney in the state of FL. In this case, the SBLC will be for 85% of the purchase price.7. Within 15 days after receipt of the SBLC, Seller ships the product to the port of Miami, FL and then Brinks Security delivers product to NTR Metals refinery in Miami, FL. Seller will email a copy of the airway bill and provide Buyer with airline, flight number and arrival date. The seller pays for the local fees, taxes, etc. and the shipping to NTR Metals.8. Within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, the refiner emails a copy of the final assay report to the Buyer and a copy to the Seller.9. The funds will be released to Seller„s bank within 24 hours of receipt of final assay report.Thank you Paul
