The BUYER, has issued to us a Letter of Intent (LOI) with full corporate authority and responsibility, state and confirm that our company secured the End Buyer of this LNG product. We are ready, willing and able to bring the SELLER and BUYER together to facilitate the sale/purchase of the following commodity as per the guaranteed product specifications (to be provided by the Seller) and in the quantity and for the price terms as specified under the following terms and conditions.
