RFQ Description

I am a Mandate with a group interested in purchasing rough diamonds. Generally, our process is as follows: 1. We are looking to purchase a parcel lot of 10, 000 to 250, 000 carats on a monthly basis for a period of 1 year with rolls and extensions.2. No more than 5% of the parcel under 5 carats.3. Grade - VS2 and up.4. Color - D through J (whites).5. Average price per carat to be determined.6. Must have a manifest and SCO/FCO or procedures.7. Origin of stones.8. We will purchase by CIF in Los Angeles, California; New York, New York; Las Vegas, Nevada.9. Buyers gemologist will examine all stones in either Brinks or Malca-Amit.10. Seller pays all export taxes, Kimberly Process Certificates (KPCs), etc.11. Buyer pays all import taxes, security, etc.12. Must be able to speak directly to the Seller or their Mandate. If you can accommodate our needs, please reply with Manifest and SCO/FCO/procedures to include:1. Breakdown number of carats.2. Average price per carat.3. Total price of parcel.4. Origin of Stones.5.
