My name is Toby Marks, and I am producing oxygen in a can for recreational use to sell as 02U in the UK. I would like a quote on 20, 000 aluminium cans with the following specifications: * Height of 70mm * Diameter of 30mm * Outer diameter of the top of can (so our valve can fit) - 31.3mm * Inner diameter of the top of can (so our valve can fit) - 25.4mm * Size Tolerance - 0.02mm * Rock deformation pressure of the can - over 1.4MPA * Bursting pressure of the can - 1.6MPAPlease note; we are open to slight variations in height and diameter.On completion of the 20, 000 cans, they would need to be sent to the oxygen filling location which is in China, Guangdong. From here the filled cans will be sent on to me in the UK.As well as providing me with a quote on the production of the cans, I would like a quote on a sample order if possible. A sample order of 150 cans would be perfect and will allow me to ensure that a smooth process will be in place.Another important aspect of this project is the ability to print our brand on the cans; are you able to do this?Finally, a plastic mouthpiece is needed such as dispensers for foam products where a mouth can securely fit around or anything similar or suitable for people to use to obtain oxygen.
