Your Attention: Our company is seeking a total of Ask Buyer US total investment commitment which equates to 45% equity interest ownership in our Company. At the 245.5 Million mark, the investor becomes a Full Partnership holder and may participate at Board Of Directors level or designate appointed sponsorship as their representative. . The amount may be the full amount upfront or in (3) separate funding rounds as agreed with equity holding based off the (%) percentage amount currently committed up to 45 %. Any and all profit sharing will be from net profit as occurs based on your equity holdings,(i.e.: 45% of equity equals 45% of the profits.) Alternatively should the investor wish to treat this funding as a Loan, then the company has provided, based on the amount provided (not less than Ask Buyer US) with two options as security only. These are as follows: * 1) Equity obtained in assets purchased or produced equal wholesale value amount equal too the investment amount (See document attached Assets 2013-2014) , with issue of an insurance bond by a AAA rated US Insurance Company (All worldwide acknowledged) up to 50% loan issued. Investor interest rate may not exceed 5-7% *2) Equity prepay advance interest of (20%) twenty percent face value of loan issued (payable at closing only from proceeds) and a maximum duration of 5-7 years at interest not greater than 5% after year 1 of loan. Net loan 40% Return It is important and essential to your understanding that selecting either platform we have presented requires the exact same paperwork from our office, which is not an option and must be completed by your investor to complete your investment funds to our company. We cannot by law, pay for anything on behalf of the investor, nor accept assignment to us by investor. The investor or investment must be directly deposited into our Company account of JP Morgan Bank in the USA. We do not pay for any processing nor 3rd party account transfers from the investor into our accounts for any releases or processing cost period.
