Commodity description: on used rail steel scrap waste Lenght: 1- 1.5 meter long / st.Preferred country of origin: RussianSpecifications: R50 - 51.67 kg/m GOST 7173 and R65 - 64.72 kg/m GOST 8165-75Duration of the Contract : one year , first contract for trial shipment of 50.000 Metric Tons max.order capacity: 150.000 Mt/monthsQuality of goods : according to usual standards and certified by SGS at the loading PortPort of destination: CIF ItalyPayment : by non-operative, irrevocable, revolving, transferable, documentary letter of credit DL/C or Telegraphic Transfer payable in full against presentation of shipping documents and SGS certificate ;Shipment: it must be carried out by first class international shipping line or forwarder.Important part of buying procedure: Seller opens a Performance Bond of 2% of the contract value by first class international bank of the value of first shipment , valid 90 days , in favour of the Buyer , which becomes effective after Buyer opens the Letter of Credit .
