Dear Sir,We are looking to form a good working relationship with a continuous supplier, my client operates by way of Letter of credit, but first he has to have sight of the analysis of the steel by way qualified inspectors/ Labs and this will make up the SGS certificate, and also if possible he would look to attend sight personally in order to inspect shipment. We are looking for 30,000 M/T per calendar month of used steel rail R50-R65 to come from its port of origin into Spain. We are looking for a price in the Ask Buyer mark in order to sign a 12 month deal. Also we are looking at Scrap Millberry copper 99.7% under the same terms as above, for an initial shipment of 10,000 MT to a port in France , then steadily ramping the order up to 50,000 M/T per calendar month.Would you provide me with your best price CIF.
