Dear Sir, Ours clients from China Steel Plant, and would like to purchase used rails R50 & R65 ISRI CODE: #200-202, loading port from Middle East in Suadi Arabia, Dubai United Arab Emirates, country of Jeddah, Turkey or country of Jordan.Our requirement as following:1.) Commodity : Used Rail Scrap R50 & R65 ISRI2.) CIF, CFR CN Main Port Price : USD$ /MT3.) Quantity to Order : 1.25 Million MT/Year4.) Required to Cut : 1.0 or 1.5 Meter lenght5.) CIF Destination to China Tianjin port or  Rizhou port in China.˜6.) Quantity to order: 3 millions per year loading to DWT 50k MT, bulk vessel.7.) Monthly quantity 50k/mt x 6 bulk carriers vessel.8.) Payment term arrange: each shipment 50K/MT, by 100% irrevocable, non-transferable L/C at Sight via MT700.9.) purchase order quantity: every 12 months per contract agreement x 50k x 4 or 6 shipments per contact agreement with different dicharging port in china10.) Totally purchase quantity approx: 3million +/MT/per year.11.) Seller allow buyer team arrange schedule for stock yard visit and sign contract immediately at the same time with their own traveling cost.12.) Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) Required, yard visit prior to loading inspection in every of shipment before13.) Seller provide SGS Laboratory Reports14.) Provide AQSIQ inpection15.)
