To Wom It May Concern,I am writing on behalf of our school Ben Gamla Charter School Parent Teacher Organization. We are public charter school in Plantation, Florida with 650 students in Kindergarten through high school. Our school has doubled in size each of the four years we have been open, and the PTO is called upon to provide upon to provide money for technology, enrichments, and supplies that arent in the budget. As concerned parents we want to make sure that our children get a world class education and work tirelessly to reach that goal. We are a 501c3 non profit organization, so your contribution is tax deductible. Employer Identification Number (EIN) *******32.Our school in desperate need of a library and our PTO is trying to gather the funds to provide e-readers as well as school terminals so the children can read electronically since it cost well over Ask Buyer to by a library so this is why I have contacted you today. We are having a school auction on April 27, 2013 and are hoping you will consider donating any item that you might have that is retired and no longer used for orders. If you decided to give us a donation we will advertise your products and company for our community in our information flyers and news letters.
