Good morning, I„m Dieter Verspeelt from the company Budget & Quality Group Belgium. We are importer and manufacturer of nail care products. In order to be able to present our customers the Nail Bar concept, we are looking for a manufacturer, that can create the following furniture: We would need a manicure table, to which we can add extra workspace. That means that the basic manicure table should have one desktop, residing on a column cupboard. The furniture should be designed in a way, that we can extend it by adding one extra cupboard and one extra desktop, for any workspace we would like to add. Our clients should be able to choose the scale of the nail bar. Each cupboard should have an electric supply, type European sockets, and the desktop should be designed, with a built-in filing dust collector. We would prefer that the table height could be adjustable, so we believe that the best way to do so, would be to have the cupboards built on a regular table height (app. 75 cm) and to create the possibility to fix removable or adjustable legs, so that the height of the workspace can be altered to about 100 cm. (see picture 2 in the attached file) The back of the cupboard should be designed with a plexi glass shield, so we can display posters in it, enlightened by LED light. The whole concept we want to work out, is to be found in the attached file on picture # 3. So, besides the Nail Bar, we would also need a showcase rack, with stock cabinet underneath. For that we would like to have one standard design, with adjustable shelves and built-in LED light. The colour of the furniture should be glossy white. Can you please provide me with more information on the following matters?: In which materials could the furniture be manufactured?How long would it take, to have a prototype, and how long would it take, to have the finished product?What would be the minimum quantity we would have to order and what would be the price per piece?Could the furniture be shipped on one pallet, or how many of them would fit a pallet, or a 20 ft container (or 40 ft container).What would be the total weight of one pallet?
