Looking for hoffen asia co., ltd.

RFQ Description

I have bought some 70 m2 Hoffen laminate flooring 12 mm. from Home Pro in Hua Hin and they installed it. After 2 weeks, because of the contraction, the flooring shows gaps of 5-10 mm ! in some parts along the walls. The silicone filler from the floor/skirt , in some parts, has cracked and shows also big cracks, up to 5 mm. I have attended Home Pro in Hua Hin several times. They gave me the mobilenumber of the workers, I phoned them to come, they 3 times promissed to come but they didnt . I went back to Home Pro, Hoffen representative has come to my home and aknowledged the problems. I got the next day a call from Bangkok but the person couldnt speak English. I told him that at 6 pm., the same day, a Thai person will call. At 6 pm. no answer. Two days later, a lady has picked up the phone and told us that we shall get a call next day. Of course, no call.
