RFQ Description

Dear David Yang,We have received a brief for? 80,000? bath towels for a well known brand in Europe.? We need to supply them each in a polybag with safety warning – towel size 70 x 150 cms.They will be black towels with a white logo / design. We will need to include a label which is branded one colour and has material and washing instructions.We need the towels to be good quality and well printed/coloured and colourfast in a hot wash. They should also be able to be tumble dried without more than 5% shrinkage on the first wash please. Dyes used must be OEKI TEX standard. Towels material must be REACH compliant and meet all EU and Switzerland standards. Must be AZO dye and formaldehyde free.We have a? maximum budget of USD1.80 a unit FOB China by sea.? Please can you advise what is the best quality towel you can make to meet the budget and other points above? What gsm can you recommend? What type of towel eg velour with reactive print or terry towel? Ringspun etc.We would like the towel to be 100% cotton please.The 80,000 towels will be required to be? completed by week 20 of 2014.? We would like to ship them altogether.Please confirm carton information so we can estimate the freight. Please also advise how many towels/cartons we can fit into a 20’, 40’ and 40’ HC container.And, we need to complete a sample batch of 800 of the towels by beginning of November so we can deliver to Europe for the in market testing phase, before Xmas. Please advise separate costs for this part.I hope you are able to help with this brief.
