FCO will only be accepted from the end seller.We would like to purchase the following.- OPC Ordinary Portland Cement 42,5 R/N, mostly R- Packed in 1.5-2.0 MT BB or packed in 50-kg bags placed in sling bags- 1,500,000 MT to be delivered within 1.5 - 2 years- By monthly quantities of 50,000 MT, later on 75,000 - 100,000 MT- By lots of 12,500 - 17,500 MT each, mostly 12,500 MT- CIF main, safe and suitable Russian Black Sea ports and St. Petersburg at baltic Sea.- Target price: USD 80.00/MT at Black Sea and Baltic ports.- Non Chinese Cement.- First delivery: Jan 2008- Payment to be effected by 100% irrevocable, monthly revolving, documentary NON Transferable L/C.- performance bond: 2% of monthly face value.
