Dear sir, i bought OSAKA battery about 5 months ago. initially the battery was excellent then with the passage of time its storage power reduce to 1 hour; then at the end of month 5 it drastically dropped to 15 minutes. i contacted the local dealer, Mr. Rasheed. He told me we cant redress your problem; a strange reply cos it is still in the guarantee period. I have lost my Rs. 10,000 just for nothing. I have decided to go to court, but before that i present my case before so that i may be redressed.
