RFQ Description

We are the Mandate representing a SERIOUS buyer. We are ONLY interested in dealing with a Facilitator or Seller Mandate who represents product directly. No Intermediaries / NO Resellers / NO Exceptions! Commission terms are UDS Ask Buyer to seller side (closed) and USD Ask Buyer to buyer side (open) Our minimum requirement is 2 million bbl per month up to 5 million bbl per month, primarily interested in Saudi-Bonny / lite sweet, or (JP) colonial grade #54 FOB can be most anywhere. We are interested in a 12 month contract with rolls / extensions if the terms are sufficient. We have our own vessel to pick up the product so we only need pricing accordingly. We are interested in a fixed rate for the 12 month contract but will also entertain a profitable markdown under Platt. We are prepared to submit our NCNDA but then we will require a SCO and certification of allocation (SGS, Tank reports etc.) BEFORE submitting our ICPO (purchase order).
