I sell these fantastic pettiskirts and would love to find a new manufacturer. My manufacturer is extremely slow and does not deliver on time. These skirts are made of 35 yards of chiffon and the waistband is simply a piece of elastic with a button sewn on one end and a buttonhole cut into the other end. I sell 3 sizes- 18 waist, 12 skirt; 20 waist, 14 skirt; 20 waist, 16 skirt. Is this the sort of thing you could make for me? What are your minimums? How much is freight?
