RFQ Description

Dear Sirs, We are looking for an OEM manufacturer of a magnetic sound hole pickup + pre-amplifier for Acoustic Guitar supplied in presentation packaging. It is an original design, which Headway Music Audio Ltd owns and would involve aluminium alloy extrusion plus stamped aluminium ends and metal clamps, plus attaching an SMT PCB (Pre-amplifier - could be supplied from another company?) to magnetic coil wires (supplied from specialist Korean firm) and output cable, plus battery cable to battery clip. Also, there would be epoxy potting some rubber tubing over a screw and testing at every stage, including 100% end test. We would provide 3d design, guidance on assembly, components, BOM and testing. Numbers would be 500 initially, shortly followed by batches of 1000. Potential is over 10,000 p.a.
