Hello,I ordered labels over 25 days ago. I received an e-mail from Kathy who told me she would keep me in the loop regarding my labels and she wold send them out express at your expense. Now she says they were sent out regular first class mail, not as she promised express. Somehow she now looked into it and says they were mail out to me May 19th, something she never mentioned before. The service you provide has been terrible, you promise 28 days and there is no follow-up after that. I have been waiting for the labels to send out my product and I am still waiting.
