RFQ Description

We are looking for Copper bar making facility in our own plant from process scrap which is being generated in our Rodding shop.The details is given as below.The rodded anodes sent to Pot Room for the electrolysis process. These anodes are lying approximate 25 days in pots. Due to excessive heat in the pots the copper bar assemblies are getting heated and so many impact/tension loads are exclusively born by the copper bars. These assemblies are running for approximate 31 cycles. Due to these reasons minor cracks are developed in the copper bars just near to the stiffener and the copper bars are to be rejected. These rejected copper bars are being sent to the outside parties for the re-rolling purpose to recast the new copper bar as per the desired specifications. We want to setup the facility of re-rolling of copper bars in our premises hence request you to please submit the detail scheme and quotation for that.
