I am a mandate to BLCO buyers. Presently i have two in my list, whose procedures are as follows. (1). BLCO BUYER 2: PROCEDURECIF to China Port1. Seller and Buyer sign/seal the contract and deposit in theirrespective banks.2. Sellers Financiers Bank within 3 Banking Days sends an MT199 toBuyers Bank confirming readiness to issue 2% pb of Buyers BG facevalue to Buyers Bank and request Buyers bank confirmation to receive2% pb and confirm that Buyer has funds for total product value andBuyer is ready to issue MT199/RWA & Bank Guarantee Ask Buyer million USD BGface value within 5-7 days of receiving the 2% pb.3. Buyers Bank responds with MT199/RWA confirming availability of Ask Buyermillion USD face value BG funds and readiness to receive 2%pb andissue BG of full contract value.4. Within 3 banking days Sellers Financiers Bank issues Non operative2% performance bond of Ask Buyer million dollars as per the approved verbiageaccepted by both Banks via MT760.5. Within 5-7 banking days, Buyers bank issues BG of Ask Buyer million USDface value to activate sellers 2% bond via MT760 for full contractvalue to seller financiers bank as per sellers financiers Bankverbiage.6. Seller nominates vessel in Buyers favor, issues Notice ofReadiness (NOR), Expected time of arrival ETA to the buyers port ofdischarge, Vessel commence voyage to buyers port .7. On arrival, Vessel Tankers Captain issues marine Authorization toBoard (ATB) to buyer to conduct Q.Q analysis.8. Sellers bank send to Buyers bank all valid shipping documents, inBuyers name (Clause 15).9. Buyers Inspector conduct Inspection and product discharges to buyers tanks10. Within 5 banking days, Buyers bank make payment for cargoreceived with SGS or CIQ Quality & Quantities report and agents viaMT103. Sellers bank has a right to collect money using SBLC if Buyerfailed to have inspection reports at discharge port within 5 bankingdays using SGSs Quality & Quantities report at loading port.(2). This is from another buyer. QUANTITY : 8,000,000 BBLS per months contract of one year with R & E (Up to 60 Months), Trial Shipment Up to 2,000,000 BBLSTERM 60 (Sixty) consecutive monthsCIF PRICE: Platt Price less Ask Buyer US Dollar per barrel Discount, Ask Buyer Net to buyer and Ask Buyer Commission to be paid by the Buyer as per IMPFACOMMISSIONS $ 2 USD Seller Side and $ 2 USD Buyer SideDISCHARGE PORT: Port of Corpus Christi, Houston, Texas.INSPECTION: SGS, Saybolt or IntertekPROCEDURE OF TRIAL SHIPMENT:1. The Seller issues Past Performance + FCO respecting the procedure of the Buyer.2. In 24 Hours The Buyer issues ICPO + Company Profile + Copy Of Passport of the President3. Seller shall issue Sales & Purchase Agreement with Sellers Full Banking Co-ordinates. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.4. Seller provides Buyer:a.
