RFQ Description

Our client (the buyer) is an International Bona Fide buyer who is looking for Diesel product - D2 and JP 54.The tonnage he is looking at is as follows:(a) D2 - 500, 000 tons - 1 million tons. x 12 months(b) JP 54 - 5M bbls - 10M bbls. x 12 monthsThere are three steps through which this can be done:The supplier can issue an MT 799/MT 760 for some of the transactions to unlock the POP ONLY.Thereafter the buyer will pay for the Liftable product by MT103 and place an RDLC for the balance of the contract (11 months).Issue a commercial Invoice, Tank receipts and authorization to dip - the transaction can be completed within 3 banking days.The product would preferably be uplifted in Rotterdam + Houston on an FOB basis.
