Please quote the most competitive priceSub ; enquiry for BQ PLATES- URGENT100% specification has to tally. 3.2 Certificates required .1.ASME SA 516 GR.60/70, NACE MR-01-75 fully compliance, fully killed, annealed, Normalized,Factory HIC tested plates.a.40mm thick X 3M X 12M – Qty – 20 pcs.b.30mm thick X 3M X 12M – Qty – 10 pcs.c.20mm thick X 3M X 12M – Qty - 12 pcs.d.16mm thck X 3M X 12M – Qty – 4 pcs.HIC tested is important. These plates are called dicrest plates. Mill HIC tested.You have to follow all the applicable ASTM standards for NACE MR-01-75 compliance fully, (only for hardness is not acceptable). HIC tested and reports shall be verified by TPI.All the temperatures / Physical / chemical properties shall be mentioned in the MTC.Certificates shall be 3.2 (TPI verified).Client General requirement for sour service1.Material shall confirms to NACE MR0175 / NACEMR0103 complete requirement on MTC (Not only hardness).2.Material shall be degassed, fully killed, fine grain practice and calcium treated and Normalized condition3.Sulphur content shall not exceed 0.03% & Phosphorus content shall not exceed 0.01% on ladle analysis. The maximum carbon equivalent shall not exceed 0.38%.4.Plate shall be 100% Ultrasonic tested as per ASME SA578 Level.C5.Material Shall be HIC TESTED as per NACE -TM-0284 (Solution type A, Acceptance Criteria for Average of 3 Specimens ; Crack length ratio less than 15%, Crack thickness ratio less than 5% and Crack Senstivity ratio less than 1.5%.
