Dear Leedge manufacturer,I recently purchased your product from the beauty supply store in canada. This, after rave reviews on line. The product was as you promised-smooth skin. However, the blade had a small knick in it-which I did not notice until I literally started bleeding-(not much for a fuss) but enough to inspect what I was using. I did it according to instructions-clearly this blade is defective. I tried to take it back and get a new blade-but due to hygienic reasons they would not take it back-nor offer me a replacement.I do not typically reach out to a company directly-but I think you folks need to take action. This is a consumer oriented society-and their customer service representing your product was terrible.I would like to send the product back to you-and hopefully you will inspect and conclude this is a defective item.I dont think I should have to pay for a new one.please advise.J.Ruth416-354-2782
