We are a UK company involved with International Project Management and equipment supply. We are currently working on a project for a University in Ethiopia which includes a requirement for the attached list of items. We would be grateful if you could kindly provide us with your quotation for any items which are within your scope of supply, offering as close to the requested specifications as possible. As part of the tender terms and conditions we also have to supply a manufacturers letter of authority to show that we have permission to offer your products. Could you kindly copy the attached text onto your official company letterhead sign, stamp and return to us.
