Dear Madam,We are in the process of bidding for a comprehensive project in Malawi Africa that includes but not limited to captioned items. Please find attached detailed specification and quantities for your immediate perusal. You are requested to please go through the list and send us very reasonable rates for the items that fall under your scope of supply.We request you to quote your most competitive price on following basis:-1.Prices on F.O.B port of exit basis including sea/air worthy export packing.2.Please let us know the packing details like estimated Net/Gross weight & volumes to enable us to calculate freight and cost of domestic distribution.3.Documentary evidence that the goods offered meets the technical specifications or similar 4.Documentary evidence in the form of literature. Brochures. Certificate or catalogues.5.Please submit an item by item commentary on the purchaser technical specification demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to that specification. Or a statement of deviation and exceptions to the provisions of the technical specification.6.Your price should be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of your offer.7.You are also required to provide following against mandatory requirements of the enquiry:Manufacturer Authorisation Letter: Please send it on your letter head dully filled signed and sealed. These documents needed to be submitted in original/scan copy.
