Good day,Thanks for your inquiry but I just want to make sure that we want to deal with real end seller and we dont need a JOKER BROKER or JOKER MANDATE because in the past we have met the so called scammers with fake documents and fake bank officers, we want to see a verifiable documents for we are going to do our own due diligence, We are really looking for a real end seller and we are willing to sign contract with any end seller provided we can approved their procedure and they will pass our due diligence, as for our buyer, they have already record on file at Russian Ministry of Energy wherein you can make your own due diligence once we send you the details of our buyer meantime please kindly find below our requirement:a) Product: MAZUT 100 10585 75b) Quality: 0.5% or less for present of sulfur in the product.c) Quantity: 300,000 mt up to 500,000 mt supply per monthd) Incoterm: CIF in Any Safe China Porte) Terms of Payment: Non Transferable L/C and or DLC + TT after CIQ MT799, MT103, MT700, BG, MT760f) Contract: 12 months + 1 month with R/EIn order to avoid waste of time, BUYER will Abide by seller procedure BUT the buyer will NOT abide by advance payment of any form. The Buyer will also NOT pay for any processing fees for the Allocation Code Certificates to the Ministry of Energy, legalization fees and or courier expenses of any kind and are to be borne by seller only. Please if you can also provide proof of successful execution of sales & purchase, guaranteed delivery (CIQ/SGS) and Russian Embassy confirmations will be most appreciated.
