To whom it may concern,I am José Cuevas, Senior Consultant at JCV Bioprocess Engineering, a company that provides services of research, design and development of bioprocesses for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Today, we are working together with a chilean company in designing a plant to produce a cosmetic ingredient from grape seeds. The first step of such a process is to separate the grape seeds from the marc, which contains a 50%-60% humidity. Afterwards, it is fundamental to dry the seeds prior to the next operations. Do you have separators/scalpers and/or dryers to do this? (ideally, mobile modules to carry out the process in situ). We are very interested in purchasing this equipment.Looking forward to hearing from you.José Cuevas V., PhDSenior ConsultantJCV Bioprocess Engineeringhttp:// bioprocesseng.com
