My Buyer looking for an offer for MTNs ,but ONLY for S MTNs , Euroclear procedure and only senior un-subordinated, secured, non-structured, Vanilla cash backed notes . A or better, issued 10 years with at least 9.5 years to maturity. The notes must be live, existing and screenable. The notes must also have a current Euroclear registered Owner and be loaded & registered on Euroclear, with a fixed coupon rate of 5.00% to 7.50% or better.ISIN# requested for spot and ISIN# for first tranch , when offer for contract. Amount 500M spot up to 50 B contract .
