Mr Mark Johanson,I would like to drop you a line as your services are not up to my stisfaction.I contacted your company thru the person named Shay Didi.I had many remarks the first oner was to set up a trading of your brand here in thailand and then expend to other emmerging market in asia.we could not succeed without the aggreement of a deal between our two companies. Thai market is really specific and we can not take risk of distributing a product without security. I aggree that the quantity we request were to low for an aggreement but it was just to launch the product to suit bigger order in the close future. however, my confidence start to crumble when i realized many mistakes done on small order, putting me off the way of ordering bigger amount as well. If your staf isnt able to treat a simple order, how can it be qualify to treat bigger amount? despite the sayibg of your staff claiming this russian guy was selling in a back of his truck (which we can do it here, police will take you within a day or two) and clearing custom is a real deal here as well. I specify many times the name of my company shoulndnt appear amongst the delivery address and here it is on front line! giving me the hell of a time to withdrawn the products from the custom department. the order is however somehow wrong, because i didnt check 100 % the invoice as the 15 bootle of conditioner had been replace with 15 bottle of clarifying shampoo which i really didnt need.But HEY!
