On the 30/11/2016 we transmitted duly authenticated our Swift MT710 to Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Kuala Lumpur (HLBBMYLK) giving them full details of the following L/C.Amount : USD 18,200.00Applicant: EURL OUTMEL IMP/EXPAvailable with BACB London by PaymentCovering shipment of Latex Gloves by latest 30/01/2017 from any port in Malaysia to Ghazaquet port Algeria. L/C valid 20/02/2017.We have now received an amendment from the Issuing Bank which we ARE NOT able to transmit in an authenticated format to the Bank for them to pass on to you.
