Good morning,I am part of a building services consultant tasked into providing our services to a new 7 storey commercial building project in the French speaking pacific Island of Vanuatu. The project is called the Port Central Commercial Development, and belongs to Mr. Loic Bernier of Calliard & Kaddour, a leading vanuatu Real Estate agency.
