We want to buy Base Oil HC3, HC4, HC6 .QUANTITY: 500,000 BARRELS TO 650,000 BARRELS PER MONTH, FOR 1 UPTO 5 YEARS CONTRACT.TERMS: DEDICATED PURCHASE ARRANGEMENT.NEED 1 TO 5 GALLON SAMPLE EACH.Our Payment : Irrevocable Documentary Revolving Letter of Credit , your Approval/Your Financial Institutions Approval/Payment (7) seven days after Delivery (unloading) , funds wire transfer.Price settlement (3) three days around delivery date.Inspection: SGS, Saybolt, or similar/Independent Inspection Company both loading and unloading .Cost at loading, Sellers expense, unloading Buyers expense.All inspections reports to be immediately sent to seller and buyer.
