RFQ Description

Dear Sir,We are looking for an fully automated fuel management system for our transportation company in Kuwait. Currently we have fuel dispensing trucks which serves as a fueling point at various locations which are integrated with our fuel management system(FMS). There are about 6 fueling stations and about 2000 vehicles refueled.Currently these trucks have mechanical flow meters . Each truck and driver id has a barcode which is scanned using MX9 LXE handheld scanning devices and the amount of fuel filled in each truck is manually entered.The LXE MX9 supports Windows CE operating system.Our requirements are as follows with either of the 2 options. Option 1 - To integrate with our current systemWe want capture every transaction of fuel dispensed to each truck (approx 300 liters) through the flow meter. These flow meters need to be integrated to the LXE MX9 scanning devices so the the amount filled will be captured directly and we can remove manual entries.In short we want to integrate flow meter software with our FMS module. All the events stored on the flow meter should be sent to the PDA. Option 2- You can propose to us your own fully integrated fuel management solutions for trucks with the following requirements.We have about 6 fuel tankers (Diesel) which serve as a fueling station for 2000 vehicles at various locations Your fuel mobile equipment or transmitter will be connected to the mechanical flowmeter which will capture the fuel transaction for every vehicle removing manual enteries.We need to identify the truck id and driver for each vehicle at the time of fueling.Please provide us with the best possible solution for this application.
