Dear sir;We are looking for Tin free steel & ETPS (electrolytic tin plate steel)suppliers .The total Qty is 2.4 million sheets for TFS & 100,000 for ETPS.We usually attend tenders floated by government and we forward the requirements to foreign companies who want to work with our company as partner .Kindly review the document and respond ASAP. In order that both our companies to participate in this tender and be a successful bidder we would like you to give due attention to the following points;1.The products you supply shall adhere to the specifications and requirements that will be sent to you. 2.To establish your company in the Ethiopian market your price quotation shall be the minimum possible that you can provide. The price quotation shall be CIF port of Djibouti sea port and should be in US Dollars or Euros.3. You must send duly signed Letter of Authorization for our company delegating us to represent your company for this tender. 4.You have to provide the maximum possible catalogues and supporting literature to fully describe the products you are offering.5.You shall add our commission in your price quotation the rate of which will be fixed by mutual agreement.6.Terms of payment shall be by a confirmed , irrevocable LC.The charge for confirmation will be indicated separately.7.The bid security and performance guarantee of the tender shall be paid by our company. 8.The submission date of this tender is Junly 25,2006 & all the information and documents to reach us at least 3 days before the closing date in order to finalize and submit the tender in due time. 9.Five pcs of each item(3 items) of 10x10cm size to be reached here in Addis Ababa before tender opening date.This is as important as your PROFORMA INVOICE.
