We would like to order the wire Straightening and Cutting Machines as the following specifications.1. tO STRAIGHTEN 5, 6 and7 mm. diameter of wire rods with one machine, 8, 9 and 10 mm. diameter of wire rods with one machine, and 12, 15 and 16 mm. diameter of wire rods with one machine2.Straightening speed for 5, 6 and7 mm. diameter of wire rodsis 70-80 meters/minute, for8, 9 and10 mm. diameter of wire rods is 60-70 meters/minute, and for 12, 15and 16 mm. diameter of wire rods is 50-60meters/minute.3.All 3 machine types can permanently stamp texts on the wire before straightening with appropriate text size with each size of wire. Texts in English and number can be clearly seen. Number of texts should be 10 characters with 15 cm. lenght and 2 meters space for each 10-character texts.4. After text stamping and straightening, all 3 machine types can slightly polish the wire surface for cleaning and being ready for quick-drying paint coat. Air compressing will be done right after paint coating in order to further cut the wire in desired lenghth.5.
