We have been working with your company for over a year and have ordered and received 1200 pairs of leggings. We ordered 300 more, but the fabric was changed from what we approved, and we feel it is unsuitable for leggings because it lacks the amount of stretch we approved. We would like a refund on our Ask Buyer downpayment, or would consider making a different product from it. Our contact, Amy, is not answering my emails anymore. If she does not want to work with us, can you find another person. We are wasting a lot of time. I sent a tech pack for skirts (out of the fabric we wanted to use for leggings) and I am waiting for a price on them, and also an answer from Amys supervisor-if we can receive our down payment back, which is our first choice. Please respond ASAP. This is my 2nd contact with you. I plan to file a fraud report through Trade Key if I do not hear from you with in 24 hours so we resolve this issue.
