This circuit creates pulses of approximately 24V limited to 10mA. It uses conventional 8 x 1.5 AAA batteries providing 12V and NE555 timer to generate approximately 4.3kHz pulses with ~50% duty cycle. The output power can be increased or limited by R5 and R6. Rbody is emulating resistance of hands submerged into tap water, depends on personal skin conductivity and water minerals. 24V source is gemerated using voltage doubler capacitor pump. All parts used are common and easily available. Total power consumption is 16mA.
