RFQ Description

Net house SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work and responsibility shall include, but not limited to Design and supply of complete 0.91Ha Net House Materials as following:- 1.1. Net House Supply and supervision for installation of 0.91Ha Net House as specified below: 1.1.1. Scope Inclusions o Size: 88m x 104m (0.91Ha) o Span Width: 8m x 11 Nos. o Height: 5.5m, flat roof o Section Width: 4m o Wind Load: 120 km/hr o Cover: whole house covered by insect net, mesh 50mm (Insect Net 50 Mesh will be supplied by Client and supplier to advise dimensions and quantities required) o Two buffer rooms, include 4 overlapping insect net doors, size: 4mx2m o Internal Thermal Screen: Manual Shade screen system for 70% black shade. (Shade Net 70% will be supplied by Client and supplier to advise dimensions and quantities required) o Crop Wire support: Crop support system to hang the crop and wire to hold the fogging system (All wires to be hot dipped galvanized). (Each Span 8m will have 5 lines of growing gutters and load 30 kg/m²). o Consider Fogging system load, low pressure 3mx3m foggers will be installed. o GI C Channel support structure for roof to be provided as per provided 3D drawing (Drawing is provided only for reference, dimensions to follow as listed above in this document) with fixing profiles and zig zag spring to fix insect net. o All steel materials to be Hot Dip Galvanized as per European standards or Z-275g/m2 o Foundation Design and clear installation drawings to be provided by Supplier at a later stage. o O&M manual to be provided by Supplier at a later stage. o Structural warranty should be minimum 10 years. (Shade Net 70% will be supplied by Client and supplier to advise dimensions and quantities required) o Client will provide electrical power at one point of Nethouse and Supplier to provide connection cables for motors if any. o Insect Net 50 Mesh UV Stabilized o Shade Screen 70% Shade UV Stabilized o Supervision cost 1.3.
