Hello, My name is Craig Davies, I am a customer of yours from the UK. I have previously purschased from your company three or four seperate orders of NONWATERPROOF photo paper. I have been very happy with my order and the product has always arrived quickly. However I recently recieved an order on 180612 of Ask Buyer worth or paper (including delivery cost to the UK) which was 18 packs of 20 sheets of A4 paper. The product I recieved was not the NONWATERPROOF photo paper which I have previously ordered and been sent but ordinary WATERPROOF photo paper. I work with young children in small classes using the NONWATERPROOF photo paper to transfer images to different surfaces and WATERPROOF photo paper does not do what I need it to. As soon as I recieved the order I got back in contact with the sales person who I have been contacting for the last three years to say I have been sent the wrong paper. After 25 emails back and forth trying to come to an arrangement I was told that I would need to pay the delivery cost on sending out the paper which I was very clear about ordering in the first place. We are just a small company only two staff and have been a loyal customer to your company, after I place an order and pay for what I order I do not expect to be told I must pay again for an error that happened at your company. I told all of this to the sales person I have been in contact with Salina Zhong last night and she stopped emailing me and has ingnored my emails. I find this very unproffessional, I would like to continue ordering this product from your company for many years as it is great for my needs but this issue must be resolved, I ordered the same product that I always order and recieved something different which I have no use for. I need the problem to be dealt with now as we have classes to prepare for next week and I reqiure more of the NONWATERPROOF paper, and Salina Zhong has ignored my last few emails. Please can someone get in touch with me as soon as possible as I need this issue to be cleared up.
