To Mr Walter,I will start by introducing myself to you. My name is Zulkhairi, and I am attached to a Company called Tahqiq Sdn Bhd. Basically I am dealing with a Japanese Company who would like to purchase these palm kernel shells in large volumes. I have written to you in the hopes that If your company can meet their needs then a deal could be done. I have listed some questions below in which I hope you or anyone else could help answer. If not I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the person in charge of them.PALM KERNEL SHELL1. Can you provide minimum 20,000 metric tonnes of palm kernel shells? 2. Quotation of 20,000 metric tonnes of palm kernel shells plus cost to FOB at any port.3. Every month SUPPLIER to provide minimum 20,000 metric ton of palm kernel shells. Must guarantee supply.4. Contracted between BUYER & SUPPLIER for 2 years. (12+12 month now contracted)5. Free On Board Stowed and Trimmed (FOBST) from any port in Malaysia. SUPPLIER to advise.6. Each shipment as per BUYERS contract form.7. Commence shipping by end of February.8. Data must be provided for each shipment, similar of specs and quality, to be provided by SUPPLIER every month.9.
