RFQ Description

I ordered a rifle scope for Ask Buyer that they invoiced me for. Gave me instructions to send the money. Then said I had to spend a total of Ask Buyer in order for them to process the order. I asked for them to send my money back and they said they would. I have emailed then dozens of times and no response. I think I am being defrauded of my money. Please help me. Marc
