Dear Sir, We want to purchase Six (6) full production lines (all automatic machines and other production equipment, quality equipment & packaging equipment) to manufacture orthopedic casting tapes in our factory + 1 resin reactor and some resin mixers which will produce the resin from its basic raw chemicals, available to feed the 6 production lines. + full sets of Fabrics knitting machines with their auxiliary equipment (warping, etc..), sufficient to feed the above six (6) production lines. + complete quality control laboratory to comply with GMP and ISO standards control. + complete full automatic packaging line from the end of the 6 OCT production lines to the pallet (automatic box forming, filling. Closing ? automatic carton forming, filling, closing ? palettizing PE film wrapping process). Knowhow, installation of machinery, startup of production and our staff training shall be included in your quotation. The total Feasible output production capacity will be about 2,000,000 tapes (2 millions pcs) per year based on 8hday 300 daysyear. Your offer (proforma contract) shall be on USD FOB and CIF AbuDhabi port. Full documentation, technical specifications of every machine and products specifications are highly appreciated.
