Dear sir , We have many buyers looking for real & genuine provider , but always failed ! at this moment , we still need it , Our procedure as below :TRANSACTION PROCEDURES : 1. Buyer sends Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Provider along with Client Information Sheet, Signatorys Passport Copy, Corporate Registration, Board Resolution, NonSolicitation Statement and MFPA. 2. Upon positive Due Diligence and acceptance of LOI, Provider countersigns this LOIMOA and returns to Buyer with Providers company registration certificate and Signatorys passport and this LOI automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract. Both parties shall lodge the executed contract to their respective banks2.1 Provider shall email RWA(PreAdvice) (EXHIBIT A) letter to applicant for monetization process.3. Within Two banking days Providers issuing Bank sends RWA (PreAdvice) by Swift MT799 to the Buyers nominated transaction bank account for the confirmation that Providers issuing bank is ready, willing and able to issue and deliver the BG of agreed face amount in favour of the Buyer upon receipt and confirmation of ICBPO by Swift MT799 from Buyers transaction bank. 4. Within Two banking days upon receipt and confirmation of the Bank (Preadvice) by email, Budyers bank shall issue ICBPO (EXHIBIT B) by Swift MT799 in favor of the Provider, covering cash payment equal to agreed emission rate of BG face value for a total of value 40 % BG fees .5. Within Two banking days upon receipt and verification of ICBPO, Providers Issuing Bank shall send SWIFT MT760 (EXHIBIT C) to Buyers bank account. Buyers Bank shall verify, authenticate the MT760 for the BG and after successful verification Buyers bank confirms acceptance of the issued instrument.6. Within Seven banking days after acceptance of the BG, Buyers bank shall release full payment due to Provider according to ICBPO (40%) and simultaneously shall release the consultancy fees (2%) to the Paymasters according to IMFPA.7. The Issuing Bank sends the original hard copy of the BG to Buyers bank by bankbonded courier within 7 banking days. 8.
