RFQ Description
The scrap should be free from any type of arms, bombs, ammunition, mines, torpedoes, tanks, Explosive shells, shock Absorbers, sealed containers, Gas cylinders, Fire extinguishers, Medical waste, incinerator scrap dust, Cartridges, radio Active substances, chemicals, Toxic material inflammable material, matters originated from animal plants with a danger of epidemic diseases etc.The impurities including nonferrous items, dust, dirt, wood, plastic, etc. should be less than 1.0% aiming 0.5%.The Scrap will be free from heavy Rust, corrosion and mud etc. If Buyer receives such impurities more than contractual term of max. 1.00%, then supplier will pay 110% of price for the extra quantity received within 7 working days from the date of information sent by buyer.The scrap will not contains Automobile parts, Motors, Armatures, Electronic scrap.The max. quantity of GalvanizedCast Iron allowed is 3% but in small pieces of below 1.0Meter. If Buyer receives such galvanized Cast iron more than contractual term of max.3.00%, then supplier will pay 110% of price for the extra quantity received within 7 working days from the date of information sent by buyer.The max. quantity of Rail scrap allowed is 5%, but the length of Rails cut pieces should be less than 1.0 meter. Scrap must be as per ISRI standard for HMS 1& 2 80:20 ( ISRI *******02 80% & 203,204,205,206 20%) for Shredded as per ISRI 211 with min. 70 pound Cubic ft, & another HMS 1& 2 90:10 ( ISRI *******02 90% & 203,204,205,206 10%).ThanksRussell*******6564
