RFQ Description

I bought a buckhead storm door from Costco about 8 years ago and have had to replace the door handle once (the company sent me a new one) and now it has failed again. The screws that hold the door handle on just stop working and when you open the door, the handle falls off. Do you have replacemenent handles? This is my second letter. Please let me know.
