Material -- Seamless 90/10 Copper Nickel Tubes to AS 1569-706 Temper 1/4 Hard Item 1 -- 14,800 pieces x 19,970 mm long -- 25.4 mm O.D. x 1.22 mm Average Wall Thickness.Note -- 1 -- Tolerances -- O.D. = +0.00 mm / - 0.20 mm Length = + 10 /-0 mm 2 -- Testing -- All Tests specified in AS 1569 are required with the following variation- Clause 11.3 ( AS 1569 ) Ammonium Vapour cracking test in lieu of Mercurous Nitrate Test ( Clause 11.2 - AS 1569 ) 3 -- Packing -- Tubes are to be supplied in straight lengths -- Packed in substantial wooden crates that will protect the tubes during shipping and subsequent handling and outdoor storage.
