After Seller and Buyer sign the Sale/Purchase Contract, lodgingContract with Seller’s and Buyer’s Banks, Seller issues:- Pro-Forma Invoice- Quantity & Quality report (SGS or similar agency, or refinery report) for the liftable quantity of the product- Sellers’ Authorization for Sale and Title Copy- Tank Storage Receipt.- Certificate of Origin- Injection Report showing the fuel transfer into the Seller Leased tank- Notice of Readiness to Commence Injection of the Product into Buyer’s Vessel2. Buyer issues Irrevocable Non-Transferable Non-Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) as per agreed verbiage, provides passport of the person who will make a DIP/TEST, Vessels Document (Q88), sends his vessel to the Seller’s port, instructs the vessel captain or shipping company to issue NOR/ETA to Seller and harbormaster/POD3. Seller issues 2% (two percent of the DLC face value) Performance Bond (PB), which will activate DLC.4. Upon vessel’s arrival at the loading port Seller loads Buyer’s vessel.Buyer shall appoint the SGS/Saybolt Independent Surveyor to conduct Q&Q during the loading of the Buyer’s vessel, Seller provides DIP TEST Authorization. SGS Inspector makes the Q&Q test and sends the Q&Q report to both Buyer and Seller.5. Seller issues Commercial Invoice, based on the result of the Q&Q report, sends it to Buyer via Corporate Email and provides THE COMPLETED SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS to the Buyer/Buyer’s banks.6. THE BUYERS BANK AFTER RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS MAKES WITHIN TWO (2) BANKING DAYS PAYMENT TO THE SELLER’S BANK7.
